Louise and Bill Kanopoulos


Louise and Bill's fondest memories in their home are those of their kids growing up! Entertaining has always been a big part of their lives and their family. They have always encouraged an open door with their children and their friends, and it always seems to end up centered around the kitchen! 


Bill, is an incredible home chef and he truly enjoys being in the kitchen! Cooking and serving in fine dining restaurants was how he put himself through university. He now works for a construction company in Newmarket as a Project Manager, which he's done for the past 15 years. The company is family-owned and has been in operation for 40 years!


Louise has been working at her family restaurant for 37 years! They have operated a successful restaurant and banquet hall space throughout the years, and it allowed her the flexibility to raise their three kids-- Patrick, Michael, and Aphrodite. Louise also worked as a Conference Planner for many years at the BMO Institute for Learning. Entertaining is a part of how they live their lives and connect with each other!
